১. ভূমিকা
উডব্রেকার-এর ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার করছেন মানে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলির সাথে সম্মত আছেন। যদি আপনি এগুলো মেনে নিতে অনিচ্ছুক হন তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সেবা বা প্রডাক্ট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. প্রডাক্ট ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
উডব্রেকার-এর সকল প্রডাক্ট আপনি যেকোন ভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। তবে প্রডাক্টের অপব্যবহার বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে ব্যবহার করলে আমরা দায় গ্রহণ করবো না।
৩. অর্ডারের নীতিমালা
আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে, ফেসবুক পেইজের মাধ্যমে অথবা অন্য যেকোন চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করতে পারেন।
৪. পেমেন্টের নীতিমালা
আমাদের ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, আপনি যদি পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার করতে চান তাহলে অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করেও অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে পারবেন।
৫. ডেলিভারি সময় ও চার্জ
সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরপরই আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব প্রডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে দিয়ে দেই, যদি কোন কারনে কুরিয়ার প্রডাক্ট ডেলিভারি দিতে দেরি করে এতে উডব্রেকার কোন ভাবেই দায়ী থাকিবে না।
- ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে – ২ দিন থেকে ৪ দিন।
- ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে – ২ দিন থেকে ৫ দিন।
- ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে – ৭০ টাকা
- ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে – ১২০ টাকা
৬. রিটার্ন পলিসি
- ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে অবশ্যই প্রডাক্ট চেক করে নিতে হবে, ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর যদি কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ করেন তাহলে সেটা গ্রহন যোগ্য হবে না (যেমন: ভুল আইটেম, ড্যামেজ ইত্যাদি)।
- পরিবর্তন/রিটার্ন কেবলমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে প্রযোজ্য। ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সার্ভিস
আমরা পণ্য ডেলিভারির জন্য কুরিয়ার বা অন্যান্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতে পারি, তাদের দ্বারা যদি কোনো সমস্যার হয়ে থাকে এতে আমরা দায়ী নই।
৮. পণ্যের বিবরণ ও প্রাপ্যতা
আমরা চেষ্টা করি প্রতিটি পণ্যের ছবি, বিবরণ ও মূল্য যথাযথ ভাবে উপস্থাপন করতে। তবে প্রডাক্টের উপাদান, রঙ, টেক্সচার বা নকশায় সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে। সবসময় একই ম্যাটারিয়াল বাজারে পাওয়া যায় না তাই কখনও কখনও সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।
৯. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
আপনার দায়িত্ব আমাদের পেইজ/সাইট ব্যবহার করার সময় শালীন এবং সদাচরণ বজায় রাখা।
নিম্নোক্ত কাজগুলো নিষিদ্ধ:
- মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান।
- কাস্টমার সার্ভিসকে গালিগালাজ/হেনস্থা।
- অন্য কোনো ইউজারের আইডেন্টিটি চুরি করা।
- স্প্যাম, স্ক্যাম বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে অংশগ্রহণ।
১০. প্রাইভেসি পলিসি
উডব্রেকার আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্ব সহকারে নেয়। আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (যেমন: নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর) গোপন রাখি এবং তৃতীয় কোনো পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করি না, যতক্ষণ না আইনগত ভাবে বাধ্য না হই।
আপনার তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসিং এবং ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে।
১১. রিভিউ ও মতামত
আপনি যদি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পেইজে রিভিউ দেন, তাহলে আমরা সেটি প্রচারমূলক কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারি – যেমনঃ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, বিজ্ঞাপন বা ওয়েবসাইটে।
১২. কপিরাইট
উডব্রেকার ব্র্যান্ডের লোগো, ছবি, নাম, ডিজাইন, এবং সকল কনটেন্ট আমাদের মালিকানাধীন। এগুলো অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি বা ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।
১৩. ইনভয়েস ও প্রমাণপত্র
প্রতিটি অর্ডারের সাথে একটি প্রিন্টেড ক্যাশ মেমো প্রদান করা হয়। এই ক্যাশ মেমোটি রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেস বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়ায় বাধ্যতামূলক।
১৪. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
উডব্রেকার যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে। যেকোনো আপডেট আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
